A Birkman Method Assessment is a comprehensive evaluation. The Birkman is a suitable assessment for employment issues, executive coaching, and personal development plans. The Birkman Assessment produces up to 120 pages worth of data and is a report that needs to be read in consultation with a coach. The Birkman and the Birkman on Demand Assessments use the same online questionnaire. Those taking the Birkman will receive a printed, personalized report binder.
