Individual Dynamas Assessments are priced between $20-$35 per person. Group reports can be purchased for workshops, retreats, and team building. Coaching is offered at 50-$100/hr. Assessments are standalone and do not need a coach to be understood and applied.
Dynamas Ministry System – Subscriptions can be as low as $200. Subscriptions with system installation and training range from $1500- $3500 depending on size of church and expected frequency of use. System Renewals each year range from $400-$1500, again dependent on size of church.
Initial Birkman Method Assessment and Coaching are offered to individuals at $400. This price includes a personalized spiral bound report and one and a half hours of coaching in person (travel expenses not included) or via phone.
A Birkman Method Assessment is a comprehensive evaluation which will give you a great deal of information. The Birkman is a suitable assessment for employment issues, executive coaching, and personal development plans. (If you have already taken the Dynamas Assessment, you will not have to retest and the fee you have paid for the Dynamas will be deducted from the price of the Birkman.)
