What is a Dynamas Assessment? A Dynamas Assessment is a personality and leadership assessment that can benefit individual leaders seeking a deeper understanding of how they lead, a retreat/workshop experience for church staffs and ministry teams that facilitates team building, and a ministry resource system for church’s to help find, train, and build ministry teams to fulfill the mission and vision of their specific church. At its heart Dynamas is a faith based application for churches of the Birkman Method of Personality and Leadership Assessment. The Birkman Method is the industry-leading personality assessment that facilitates team building, executive coaching, leadership development, career management and interpersonal conflict resolution. A Dynamas Report is an easily read, narrative html file that can include all or one of the following items depending upon the use and purpose of the report. An example report is available upon request. How do I take the test? The test is taken online and most commonly is accessed through an email sent through the Dynamas Ministry System by either a pastor or a consultant. The email includes a link that allows for the individual to access the test and take it at any time. The test takes less than 45 minutes and can be started and stopped as needed. Those taking the Dynamas Assessment as individuals will receive a n email with a .html file with their personalized data. The standard fee for the Dynamas Assessment is $30.00. Packages are negotiable for workshops, retreats, or group reports. Is the Dynamas Assessment a spiritual gifts assessment? No. The Dynamas Assessment is not a spiritual gifts assessment. It will not identify a person’s biblical spiritual gift. It will discuss their leadership attributes, how they function in a team, as well as various aspects of their spiritual life.
