The Dynamas Ministry System can be purchased for full use in a congregation. The system is hosted off-site by Birkman International, Inc. who is the leading provider of the industry-leading personality assessment that facilitates team building, executive coaching, leadership development, career management and interpersonal conflict resolution. (Dynamas is a division of Birkman International, Inc.)
The database, online test functions, and reporting software will be maintained by Dynamas staff. The system can be accessed from any computer connected to the internet and access can be set for as many or as few leaders as you see fit. Reports are stored for the lifetime of the subscription and only need to be taken once per participant.
